Refund Policy
In Stock or Coming Items
Partial refunds are available for items in unaltered
condition that are returned within 45 days from the date the
item was shipped to you. There will be a 25% restocking fee on the purchase
amount, and shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Pre-order Items
All Pre-orders are NON-REFUNDABLE, because they are made to
order especially for you.
Guarantee
Everything we sell carries a one year warranty. We guarantee
items to be free of defects in material or workmanship for one year.
We will, at our option, repair or replace any defective item during
your first year of ownership.
Our products normally last for decades without any problems. However in
the rare case that a problem does develop, we are equipped to repair our
products.
